Veggie Lentil Wrap

Ingredients:
-1/4 cup cooked lentils
-2 tablespoons hummus
-1/4 cup diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup diced cucumbers
-1/4 cup diced bell peppers
-1/4 cup shredded lettuce
