Tuna & Avocado Wraps

Ingredients:

- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat wraps

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, avocado, red onion, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

2. Divide the mixture evenly among the four wraps.

3. Roll up each wrap, tucking in the sides to form a burrito-like shape.

4. Serve immediately or wrap each wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
